On June 27, 2009, Charlie, Annaleigh and Lily DiGiuseppe arrived 15 weeks early. Weighing less than 2lbs each, they faced an uphill battle to survive. In a heartbreaking turn of events, little Annaleigh passed away after 8 weeks. Charlie and Lily continued to thrive and eventually were released from the hospital. Today, they’re happy, healthy and almost 1!!!
On April 25th, Brooke and Joe DiGiuseppe and Team Three Cheers for Babies are walking in the March of Dimes’ annual March for Babies.
Every day, babies are born with the odds stacked against them just like Charlie, Annaleigh and Lily. The March of Dimes is fighting for those babies. Funds raised in March for Babies support research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives.
