What a great season! Matthew had such a good time and was such a good little baseball player. We’re looking forward to many years of cheering from the sidelines. 🙂
Matthew requested a birthday party at home this year so we rented a tent (yay for shade!) and a bounce house. We got out water guns, bubbles, and silly string and the kids had a ball.

At Matthew’s pediatrician visit a few days later, he was 46 lbs (56th percentile) and 46.61″ (74th percentile).
Happy 6th birthday to my best little buddy. I love you, Matthew!
Graduation day was extra special because it was also Matthew’s 6th birthday. 🙂

This song chokes me up every darn time…

Matthew’s class kicked the celebration into high gear with this song. The 5th graders came to the ceremony to cheer on their kindergarten buddies and they were dancing in their seats to the music. It was so fun. 🙂

And then they made me want to cry again.

Mr. Lovering gave a short speech. This was his last year before retiring. We will miss him a lot.

Afterward, we went down to the classroom to see the kids in their element. Matthew’s teacher had put a special sign on his chair for his birthday.
So proud of our Kindergarten graduate!
