Opening day of t-ball was an exciting but unpredictable day. We had to get to the fields early for team photos and between when we left our house to when we got to the fields (1/2 mile away?), the weather went from sunny and comfortable to pouring, cold, and blustery. Thankfully my parents live close to us and stopped to pick up a coat and umbrellas for us.

We thought they’d cancel the game since the weather was so bad but the coach had us wait it out. We were the only 2 teams on the field during the storm but it ended up passing by at the end.
