Mike and I volunteered to help out at the PTO Book Fair this year. It’s always fun seeing the kids in their little world. We were able to assist Matthew’s class during their visit the book fair and then watch them go through their normal library class.
(It was Crazy Outfit Day – Matthew doesn’t normally wear velvet vests, red plaid ties, polo shirts, tshirts and wind pants all together!)
The boys took swimming lessons this fall through the school district we live in. They had a good time and learned a bit so that’s good. We didn’t love the instruction (more game/play based, not a lot of focus on skills) so we’re going to try someplace new in January.

Cub Scouts has turned into a major commitment for our family this year with both boys participating, Mike volunteering to be Treasurer and co-leading the Tiger cubs, and me doing photographer duties.
